Degreeing a camshaft means synchronizing the camshaft position in the engine with the crankshaft position. It is the only way to determine if the rise and fall of the pistons correctly matches the opening and closing of the valves. Degreeing the cam is also a way to verify the installed position of the cam relative to the crankshaft, and to confirm that the cam was ground correctly. It involves using instruments to determine the actual timing of valves opening and closing for a particular camshaft. Verifying the specs and alignment of your performance camshaft is necessary.
Dyno Tunes with FuelTech, AEM, Hondata, & Ktuner. Turbo / Supercharger Applications and All Motor. A dyno tune is intended to improve the drivability of your vehicle after performance parts have been installed. A dyno tune may be necessary depending on the modifications completed. Some modifications that may require tuning including but not limited to upgrading to bolt-on pieces such as intake, downpipe, exhaust, upgrading turbo build setup, upgraded/changed fuel injectors, upgraded/changed fuel and/or upgraded cams. Depending on your make/model & setup, you may need to make mechanical modifications to your vehicle prior to tuning. Ensure all components of your vehicle such as your clutch, head, block, turbo, wastegate, etc. are rated to your Horsepower goals. We discuss your Horsepower goals and set up prior to tuning, but ensuring your goals are met with the parts you have on your vehicle prior ensures a successful tune. Remote Tuning also available.
Injector
Cleaning
Injector cleaning is essential for high-performance engines because it helps to use high-quality racing fuel, defend against contaminants, combat injector wear, ensure peak performance, enhance longevity, receive valuable data acquisition.
